Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule all appointments 24 hours prior to scheduled service time. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will result in 50% of the service being charged to your card on file.
No Shows after 15 minutes will result in 75% of the service amount being charged to your card on file. Of course if you are running behind, please don’t hesitate to reach out by calling or texting! That way we know what to expect.
